Transcripts for Alumni and Current OHS Students

The OASD has partnered with Parchment to provide transcript ordering services online.  Parchment is a secure third-party website that provides easy internet access to your official transcripts. Through Parchment, official transcripts can be sent directly to colleges, employers, or yourself. Please follow the steps below to order your transcript.

Step 1: Sign Up

Click this link for the Parchment web page

You will need to create a new account or log in to an existing account.  We recommend using a personal email address and not a school-issued email address.

Step 2: Choose Transcript Delivery Location

Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that you select. You may track your request online, and you will also receive an email notification when we approve your transcript request, and again when your transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the destination that you selected). 

Step 3: Payment

There is a small fee per transcript order.

Ordering Current Student Transcripts for Scholarships

Some scholarship applications may require a hard copy of your official transcript. Hard copies may be requested at no cost in the OHS Student Services Office for this reason only. Please reach out to the Student Services office at 262-560-3130 for scholarship transcript requests. Please allow 24 hours for transcript requests.
