Mr. Eidman is the counselor for students with the last names that begin with A-D. Mr. Eidman joined the district in 2022. Mr. Eidman attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison completing a bachelor’s degree in Community and Nonprofit Leadership. He continued his education in School Counseling at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, earning his Master’s degree in Educational Psychology. Currently, Mr. Eidman resides in Milwaukee, where he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, and being outside.

Mrs. Fisher is the counselor for students with the last names that begin with E-Ka.   Mrs. Fisher joined the district after 10 years of counseling in 2008 and has been at Oconomowoc high school since 2010. She is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and finished up her Master of Science Degree in Guidance and Counseling K-12 from UW-Stout in 2000. Mrs. Fisher resides in Oconomowoc with her husband and three children.

Ms. McGuire is the school counselor for incoming freshmen with the last names that begin with J-K and will be managing current student 504 plans. Ms. McGuire is new to the district this year. She attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and completed a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration. She completed her Master’s in Counselor Education with an emphasis in school counseling this past May. Ms. McGuire currently lives in Oconomowoc and enjoys playing softball and volleyball, working part-time at a greenhouse, trying new foods and restaurants, and watching the Packers and Brewers.

Mrs. Verhagen is the counselor for students with the last names that begin with Ke-O.   Mrs. Verhagen began her career in the district as an elementary counselor at Park Lawn School in 1991.   After being at Park Lawn for nearly 20 years, Mrs. Verhagen joined the Oconomowoc High School Student Services team in 2011.   She is a 1990 graduate of UW-Madison where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Social Welfare.  Mrs. Verhagen then completed her Master of Science Degree in Educational Psychology from UW-Milwaukee in 1991. Mrs. Verhagen feels so fortunate to work with such incredible students and families.  Mrs. Verhagen's other joys in life include spending time with her husband, Jeff, and two children, Nate and Claire. 

Mrs. Black is the counselor for students with the last names that begin with P-Th. Mrs. Black attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and earned a Bachelor's in Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology in 2013. She continued her education at Mount Mary University where she earned her Masters of Science in School Counseloring in 2015. Mrs. Black currently lives in Pewaukee with her husband. 

Mrs. Schultz is the counselor for students with the last names that begin with Ti-Z (Class of 2026: U-Z). She also serves as the OHS Gifted Resource Teacher and IB Programme Coordinator. Mrs. Schultz earned her undergraduate degree (BS) from UW-Eau Claire in 1995 in Secondary Education in the fields of German and Psychology. She began her career at OHS as a German Teacher in 1995. In 1997, Mrs. Schultz added GT Resource teacher to her role. She helped implement the IB Diploma Programme in 2006 and the IB Career-related Programme in 2012. In 2011, she earned her Master of Education in School Counseling Degree from UW-Whitewater. Mrs. Schultz resides in Oconomowoc with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and watching the Green Bay Packers.

Ms. Frederickson is our OHS School Social Worker. Ms. Frederickson attended UW-Oshkosh where she obtained her Bachelor's of Social Work. She continued her education at UW-Green Bay where she earned her Master's of Social Work, specializing in School Social Work. Ms. Frederickson resides in Hartland, WI. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, kayaking, traveling, spending time with family and friends and of course, cheering on the Green Bay Packers!

Mrs. Hocevar is a school psychologist  for OHS students A-K.  Additionally, she has worked as OASD’s IEP Compliance Coordinator since 2014.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and her Master of Science and Educational Specialist degrees in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mrs. Hocevar lives in Oconomowoc with her husband, two children, and a strong-willed yet adorable rescue dog named Rory.  She loves to travel, is a voracious reader, and enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out with friends. 

Mrs. Decker is the School Psychologist for students last names L-Z and joined the district in 2017. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Family Social Science. She went on for a Masters of School Counseling from UW-Stout and after working as a school counselor for 8 years, she pursued a Master of Science and Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology at UW-Milwaukee. Mrs. Decker resides in Delafield with her husband and son, and in her free time, she enjoys reading, kayaking, interior design, traveling, and spending time outdoors. 

Mrs. Mueller is the Administrative Assistant in Student Services. Mrs. Mueller joined the OHS Student Services team in August 2021. Prior to moving to OHS she had worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional for OASD. She has an extensive background in customer service, reservation and scheduling management, having worked for Deer Valley Ski Resort in Park City, Utah for over 20 years. She lives in Oconomowoc with her wonderful husband, two great sons, and her amazing daughter. Mrs. Mueller grew up in Hoffman Estates, Illinois and is a graduate from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL. She holds a BA degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Administration with a minor in Sociology. In her free time, she loves to run, mountain bike, ski and sew and enjoys watching her kids sports teams.
