To be eligible to participate in a club or activity, students and families must complete the following steps:
- Log in to your Skyward Family/Student Access account
- Families and Students - Click the Online Forms button on the left, then select Fill Out Form next to the 24-25 Club Registration form.
- Complete all of the steps in Club Registration and submit the final form.
- Note: Families and students DO NOT need to provide a physical clearance form to participate in a club/activity. You can skip that step.
- Families - log into Family/Student Access, open the link to Fee Management, click Add a Fee, and then add the Club Participation Fee.
- Follow the prompts to pay the annual clubs/activities fee online. The club participation fee for OHS is $45.00 and the club participation fee for Nature Hill and Silver Lake Intermediate is $30.00. This fee covers participation in an unlimited number of clubs.
When all of the above steps are completed the clubs and activities office will verify and send a confirmation email to the student/parent. This may take up to a week. The student's name will be added to the roster and the club advisor will verify the student's eligibility. Please note that the attendance and academic requirements for eligibility will be enforced by club and activity advisors.
