The Oconomowoc Area School District requires all athletes to have on file, a current WIAA physical.

To participate in any athletic activity, including tryouts, camps, and practices, students must have provided Nature Hill a physician and parent signed WIAA physical form.

Your child must have a physical dated after April 1, 2021, to participate in athletics during the 2022-23 school year.
